“Having Gained the Victory over Death”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
Through the Atonement, death becomes the servant of immortality. In a way incomprehensible to the mortal mind, the effect of Christ’s resurrection will pass upon all who are descendants of Adam and Eve; because Christ rose from the dead in glorious immortality, so shall all who qualified for the second estate rise from death to enjoy an eternal and inseparable union of body and spirit.
