Abinadi returns to the original question posed by one of Noah’s apostate priests about the meaning of Isaiah 52:7–10. “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings; that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good; that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth” (Mosiah 12:21). Abinadi’s commentary on this verse constitutes the rest of Mosiah 15. Because of Abinadi’s extensive discussion of Isaiah 53, King Noah’s priests are prepared to understand not only the meaning of this verse in question, but also the plan of salvation.
