To publish salvation “is to announce the ultimate triumph of God. In speaking of a future day when people would ”see the salvation of their God“ (1 Nephi 19:17; 3 Nephi 16:20), Isaiah had reference to the millennial day of victory, that day in which truth will have prevailed and in which Christ will reign over all as King of kings.”
