Obedience to the voice of heaven brings freedom, while a deaf ear and a stiff neck bring bondage. The voices of heaven and earth join to testify against sin. When the power of the prophetic word unites itself with the witness of famine, pestilence, hail, insects, and bitter winds, only to go unheeded, bondage and destruction are inevitable. So it has ever been; so it will ever be.
