“Of Silver”

W. Cleon Skousen

One of the travesties of human history is the fact that the most wicked rulers have frequently left as a principal portion of their legacy the most elaborate and beautiful works of art. It is almost as though they were trying surround themselves with beautiful art to either cover up or compensate for their evil ways. Their lives have been tainted with abominable careers of immorality as well as the corruption by which they had acquired their riches in the first place. This was not only demonstrated in the wretched life of king Noah but it can be illustrated in thousands of examples both anciently and in modern times.
