“This Is the Man Who Receiveth Salvation Through the Atonement”

Ed J. Pinegar, Richard J. Allen

There is a moment in the life of every true follower of the Lord when he or she gains insight concerning the grandeur and perfection of God in contrast with the infancy and imperfection of man. This overwhelming contrast of divine versus human of necessity renders the station of man as one of nothingness and worthlessness. But through the Savior’s love, manifested by the Atonement, the faithful and obedient can be elevated to a higher station of perfectibility. Thus, nothingness becomes supreme potential.
