“Salvation Might Come to Him”

Consistently the Book of Mormon prophets describe salvation as the journey of a lifetime rather than the ecstasy of a given moment. They use the word salvation as a synonym for eternal life, that which we would refer to as exaltation. Salvation comes only to those who endure in faith unto the end.
