In the full and complete sense, the fulfillment of this promise is millennial, a time when “the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea” (Isaiah 11:9; 2 Nephi 21:9). “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord” (Jeremiah 31:34).
