“Which Natural Fruit is Good and the Most Precious Above All Other Fruit”

W. Cleon Skousen

It was hoped that the roots or scriptures would once more become strong after the grafting in of the new branches, and that the goodness or strength of the scriptures would overcome the evil of the branches so they could produce good fruit according to the word of the Lord. In order to accomplish this task the master instructed that there be a number of servants called who could labor with their might so that the master could prepare the way to bring forth again the natural fruit. He said this natural fruit, which appears to mean the gospel way of life, is most precious, in fact, more precious than any of the other various patterns of life.
