“The Fruit Thereof Was Like Unto the Natural Fruit”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
After true conversion; after baptism of water and of the Spirit; after dross and iniquity have been burned out of the human soul as though by fire; and thus after one is adopted into the house of Israel- when these things have happened there is no distinction between Israelite and Gentile, no separation of spiritual states, no difference in ultimate rewards. “For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ,” Paul wrote. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” (Galatians 3:27-29.)
