“Because of Faith and Great Anxiety”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
Because of their faith and understanding of the gospel of Christ, the Nephite prophets desired above all else that their people taste of its richness and goodness and avoid the bitter fruits of disobedience. These feelings of anxiety are mirrored in the desires of righteous parents of all generations: nothing is of greater import to them than that their children choose to walk those paths which lead to happiness (see Teachings, pp. 255-56).
