This is the conclusion of Nephi’s testimony to the righteous. He addresses those of the three groups (Nephites, Jews, and Gentiles) who will be able to accept Christ. Unto all those of good heart he will become as a voice crying from the dust. This reference is simultaneously to Isaiah and to his own exegesis on the importance of his record, which he has equated with the voice from the dust (Isaiah 29:4; 2 Nephi 26:16 and following).
