Angels, Nephi tells us, speak by the power of the Holy Ghost, and all who have the Holy Ghost can speak with the same authority. Angels are messengers from the divine presence, and consequently their mesage, power, and authority do not differ from the message, power and authority of their Lord or that which God gives to those he calls to be his servants among mortals.
