With sincere faith, repentance, baptism, and the Holy Ghost (symbolized by fire), “then can ye speak with the tongue of angels”; in other words, you are promised new language ability, the ability to speak with the facility and authority of heavenly messengers. See also 2 Nephi 32:2–5.
