The gathering and restoration of Israel in the last days also embraces a gathering and restoration of scriptural records from all her scattered remnants. These will come to the Church to obtain the records of their fathers, as the Lamanites are now doing. Both the Book of Mormon and the Bible were written to the scattered tribes of Israel (Mormon 3:18; James 1:1), all of whom will be gathered on the same terms and conditions.
