Neither the Book nor specifically any of the text of the sealed portion is to be given to the man (professor Anthon). This is an essential setting for the way in which the modern event will be linked to the way Nephi is using this text in Isaiah. Remembering that Nephi is recontextualizing the Isaiah verses into a new prophecy helps us understand how it is that the modern historical events so closely fit into Nephi's prophecy, even though they less comfortably nor precisely fit into Isaiah's original text.
