This seems to indicate that one of the signs of the end is war on Zion and persecution of her people, not only by hostile armies invading the countries known as Zion, but also by the stirring up of strife and rebellion against the heaven-inspired principles of government given for the protection of human liberty. All nations, we are told here, that fight against Zion, whether by open warfare or "undeclared war," will be as sleepers who feast in their dreams. They will awake as hungry and thirsty as ever.
