Nephi now commences his commentary on all of the things we have just read. In view of the fact that he has seen everything Isaiah saw, it is particularly interesting to watch Nephi fill in some of the details left out by Isaiah.
Nephi knows Isaiah is difficult for many people to understand, especially his own people who knew nothing about the culture and traditions of the Jews. Nephi says his commentary will help his people understand God's future judgments of God.
