When Israel is at rest they will recall the proverb they used to recite after the fall of Babylon and say: "How hath the oppressor ceased, the golden city ceased." Before Babylon actually fell who would have believed it would be conquered in a single night. But in the latter days when all of the enemies of Israel have been put aside the people will finally be at rest and break out in singing.
