In the April 1974 general conference, President Spencer W. Kim-ball stated that it seemed hard for many members of the Church to live in the world and yet not be of the world. He then quoted verse 11 as a warning to those who were following worldly ways (see CR, Apr. 1974, 6). The honest or righteous men will be few in comparison to the wicked and thus more precious than fine gold (v. 12).
