Nephi engraved thirteen of the best chapters from Isaiah with the intent of enabling all humankind to “lift up their hearts and rejoice,” for these words of Isaiah—his teaching and his testimony of the Savior of the world—can certainly lift and bring joy. Anyone who will liken these words unto themselves, and ponder them in the same Spirit with which they were written, will find them delightful.
