(2) Both were liberators who led multitudes in exodus for the sake of liberty from oppression. (3) Both were law-givers by divine inspiration. (4) Both were prophets and seers. (5) Both performed mighty miracles. (6) Both encountered opposition, from "friends" and enemies. (7) Both depended largely on a brother for success: Moses on Aaron; Joseph on Hyrum.
