“These Things Have Been Prophesied Concerning Them”
These prophecies of Isaiah were made after the ten tribes were taken captive (after 721 BC.) and apply also to those of the southern kingdom who would yet be scattered (587 BC.), even down to the time of the destruction of Jerusalem by Rome in A.D. 70.
