“It is a Light Thing”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
The charge given by God to his servant the prophet, and through the prophet to his servant, the Church, is not only to gather Israel but to be “a light to the Gentiles.” Thus the gathering of Israel as momentous as that is, appears to be a small matter or a “light thing” when compared with the taking of the light of the gospel to the Gentiles.
