“Lord of Hosts”

This name title for Christ dramatizes his pace at the head of the arm of God. He is “man of war” (Exodus 15:3) and God of battles (Psalms 24:8). The phrase is the same as Lord of Sabaoth (D&C 87:7; D&C 88:2).
