Scribe 2 of 𝓞 accidentally omitted the and here in 1 Nephi 13:13, then somewhat later he inserted it supralinearly (and with an insert mark). The level of ink flow is unchanged. This correction probably took place when this scribe read back the text to Joseph Smith (as part of the dictation process). The and seems necessary here. For complete discussion, see 1 Nephi 12:11.
