“The Lamb of God… the Son of the Eternal Father”
The 1830 edition of the Book of Mormon read as follows: “Behold the Lamb of God, yea, even the Eternal Father ” The role of Christ as the Father and the Son will be addressed at length in the discussion of Mosiah 15:1-5. (Cf. Isaiah 9:6; Mosiah 15:4; Alma 11:39.)
