These verses are very significant. Nephi says he knew he was talking to the Spirit of the Lord and he was in the form of a man. No other prophet speaks of seeing the Holy Ghost or Spirit of the Lord as a man. But no sooner did Nephi realize what a great privilege was being granted to him when the Spirit of the Lord vanished.
