“Mysteries of God”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet
The mysteries of God are known only to those who have so lived as to enjoy the companionship of the Holy Ghost. “No man can receive the Holy Ghost without receiving revelations,” Joseph Smith taught, for “the Holy Ghost is a revelator” (Teachings, p. 328). Because of his faithfulness in the face of affliction, Nephi became a rightful heir to these hidden treasures of God.
