Moroni reviews the extraordinary example of the brother of Jared as one who has exceedingly great faith. It is interesting that Moroni indicates that “many” before Christ have had such strong faith that they “could not be kept from within the veil” (verse 19). Faith, on a grand scale, leads to divine knowledge, for those with such faith cannot be withheld from obtaining knowledge of the kind available beyond the veil.
