In this next verse the Lord promises them a fulness of joy such as the Father has, then in the 11th verse he says mankind receive the Holy Ghost because of Jesus and the Atonement. Once again we see how essential the intercession of Jesus is to facilitate every aspect of the Father's blessing to his children.
