“Write the Things Which Ye Have Seen and Heard”

D. Kelly Ogden, Andrew C. Skinner

We keep our personal records and our family records; the Church keeps records; and the Father in Heaven keeps records. Out of all those records we will be judged. Not only that but all things that have ever transpired—everything we have seen, or heard, or done—are recorded in mortal brains and in immortal brains. Except for thoroughly repented of and forgiven sins, which are eternally erased through the Atonement, all things are recorded and will be revealed. See commentary at 2 Nephi 9:13–16 and Alma 5:18; see also Doctrine and Covenants 128:6–8.
