The Messiah concludes by commanding the twelve to obey his teaching. This commandment applies to us as well. The gospel, built on the foundation of the Messiah’s atoning sacrifice, invites us to repent, be baptized, receive the Holy Ghost, and continue in obedience, thus building a transformed and celestial soul, so that we may truly be worthy of being called by his name at that last day.
