“I Am Jesus Christ, the Son of God”

Ed J. Pinegar, Richard J. Allen

There has been massive destruction. The wicked have been dispensed to the other world beyond mortal boundaries. Thick, impenetrable darkness covers the land. The voice from heaven resounds with a clarion call to repentance. Now the identity of the spokesperson is made known. It is Jesus Christ, the Creator, the Redeemer, the central focus of countless prophecies down through the ages. Immediately after identifying Himself, the Lord presents a magnificent promise: unto those who receive Him He bestows the right to become His sons [and daughters], with the blessings of redemption. Then He announces the fulfillment of the law of Moses—instituted specifically to tune the minds and hearts of God’s people toward the coming Christ and His atoning sacrifice. Now a new dispensation unfolds before our eyes.
