So Mormon finally tells us that Mosiah did indeed turn over all of the Nephite memorabilia and records to young Alma, the new young president of the Church. Now Mosiah has just one final problem: who will serve as his successor to the throne? The Lord gave him the solution and we learn all about it in the next chapter.
