“From the Time They Left the Land of Zarahemla Until They Returned Again”

W. Cleon Skousen

After Mosiah had read the remarkable record of Zeniff, he then took the initiative to read to the people the rather amazing account of Alma and his people, who were rescued from bondage by having the Lord impose a deep sleep on their captors and then Alma and his people made a forced march for twelve days to reach Zarahemla:

“And he also read the account of Alma and his brethren, and all their afflictions, from the time they left the land of Zarahemla until the time they returned again.”
