Abinadi’s demeanor and courage are a type and shadow of the Lord’s willingness to suffer the will of the Father and complete His mission of atoning grace on behalf of all mankind. If we are to liken Abinadi’s words and example unto our own lives, then we will prayerfully muster the courage to stand up for the principles of righteousness—no matter the consequences.
