Abinadi’s Arrest

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet

Bound and imprisoned, Abinadi now awaits the mockery of a trial. in it all we will see no effort to find truth or establish the prophet’s innocence. All that is said by the priests of Noah will seek to discredit, to refute, confound, and destroy.

Such is the spirit that is universal to the servants of the adversary. Such is the spirit of those seeking to oppose the Book of Mormon in our day. They give no credence to the teachings or testimony of the book; rather all their efforts center in attempts to refute, confound, and destroy.

Thus these ancient priests assured their fate, as do their modern counterparts unless they repent.
