One cannot help but reflect upon a conference of the Saints held in the land of America some four thousand years earlier. There the Ancient of Days met with his people three years before his death, prophesied concerning his posterity “unto the latest generation,” and bestowed upon the righteous “his last blessing” (see D&C 107:53-57).
