Benjamin's Three Sons Taught That Thereby They Might Become Men of Understanding

George Reynolds, Janne M. Sjodahl

The names of the three were, Mosiah, who became king, Helorum, and Helaman. They were instructed, at the bidding of their father, in all the learning of their people, both sacred and secular, and in the history of the Nephites, with especial reference to God's dealings with, and His preserving care over them. This is the only mention in the Book of Mormon of Helorum and Helaman.
