“And Now There Was No More Contention in All the Land of Zarahemla”

George Reynolds, Janne M. Sjodahl

During the long reign of King Benjamin, there was considerable strife and contention between the Nephites and the Lamanites, (W of M 14) and also among his own people. (Ibid 16) At length, however, peace was established throughout the Land of Zarahemla. The most notable event of King Benjamin's extended and benevolent reign was a great spiritual revival when his entire people solemnly entered into a covenant to serve the Lord and keep His commandments.
