“No More Turn Aside Their Hearts”

Joseph F. McConkie, Robert L. Millet

In that day when Israel remembers their God—that is accepts Jesus as the Christ-then he will remember them and the covenants which he made with their fathers. This spiritual gathering must precede the temporal gathering. In these verses, Zenos foreshadows that future day when Israel, now scattered among every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, will embrace the faith of their righteous progenitors and thus have claim again to the promises made to them.
