The house of Israel-the ten tribes included-were to be scattered through the earth, this in partial fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham that his posterity would bless the earth (see Abraham 2:8-11).
“Merits, and Mercy, and Grace of the Holy Messiah”
Obedience, righteousness, acceptance of the truth- all are essential to salvation, yet with them all we have nothing save it be for the merit, mercy, and grace of Christ. As there is none other name by which men can be saved, so there is none other way than through a total reliance upon that which Christ did for us, that which we could not have done for ourselves.
